February 15, 2007 - The 46 year old director of the international hit, Bend It Like Beckham, Gurinder Chadha is expecting twins with her husband Paul Berges!

Gurinder informs us that she is four and a half months pregnant and hence, has taken a break from writing the script of the movie version of Dallas.

Gurinder and Paul have been married for 10 years, therefore they are VERY eager for the twins to arrive... they are due in July.

She jokingly claims that if she has a boy and a girl, she will call them Ash and Abhishek...

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
