Miriam says: As you might have figured out, I am now in my 50s.
After being very concentrated on my calling, I found myself pregnant for the first time at 51 years old.
Needless to say, my husband and I were elated!
After a blessedly uneventful pregnancy, I gave birth to a daughter.
I sincerely believe I was able to carry so easily because I used my own relaxation techniques, and have a healthy body due to years of exercise, yoga, Tai Chi, and right eating.
Indeed, during the pregnancy, I spent a great of time in meditation and relaxation.
I feel the 9 months of gestation are crucial for the developing fetus and affect the rest of her life.
Miriam recommends two best-selling books - Pathways to Vibrant Health and Well-being, and Women Living Consciously.
