Coast Guard rescues 44y pregnant woman
The US Coast Guard helped rescue a pregnant woman aboard a cruise ship in the Gulf of Mexico over the weekend.
The 44-year-old woman, an employee with Carnival Magic, experienced a pregnancy complication Saturday.
The cruise ship was about 145 miles away from the coast.
She was taken to UTMB in Galveston where she received emergency treatment.
