I am pregnant with my 9th at 45
Just passing through and saw your post. I am pregnant with my 9th, and am 45 years old. How many children do you have? I have 8 children.
How is this pregnancy for you? Are you finding it hard to stay awake? Well, hope all is going well. Glad for this site.

I am 44, and pregnant with our first baby. My husband is 47. I was pregnant before but miscarried at week 9 due to a blighted ovum. Less than 2 months later God smiled on us and we are pregnant again...which is a miracle considering it took us a year and a half to conceive the first time.
I am now at 10 weeks, and saw the baby on ultrasound today. I am happy to report that he or she is progressing nicely, and has a good strong heartbeat. My husband already has a 19 year old daughter from his first marriage, so he is kind of hoping for a boy although we will feel blessed and thankful whatever the sex of the baby.

I am just over 4 weeks pregnant and I am 44 (My husband is 49.) My daughter Lorraine is 18, son-1 Winston is 16 and son-2 Kevin will be 9 months old on Thursday.
I had a missed miscarriage (blighted ovum) before I got pregnant with Kevin, but was lucky enough to be able to get pregnant right away after the D&C. This pregnancy was a surprise!

Hi ladies, I have you all beat! I'm 48 with my first pregnancy, my husband is 48 as well.
I am 14 weeks, feeling great and either swimming 1500 or running a mile every other day. All the first round tests were normal and my neonatologist does not recommend an amniocentesis.
We are blessed and feel very lucky. It doesn't hurt to be extremely active all your life....

I had my 46th birthday on August 31, and have almost a month left in this pregnancy. This is only my second; my first was 13.5 years ago at 32. So far, everything has been well. This time I had more indigestion but not more aches and pains than the first.
We weren't expecting this baby at all and were a little upset at first until we realized what a real miracle it is for me to be pregnant in the first place. I've gained less weight than with the first although I started out a little heavier.
I don't like having to see the fetal/maternal medicine doctor in addition to the regular OB/GYN. At this age, some are so negative in spite of the relative health of me and the baby. I'm trusting God for a safe and healthy delivery in about a month.
