I have an aunt who gave birth at 44 and my Grandma had a baby at 40 - so I know that I would be perfectly fine!

My Grandmother, my father's mother, was 54 years old when she had her last child and both were with no help from drugs or anything else....can you say SURPRISE!!! So, it could happen

I am 44, will be 45 in October. I am about 1 month pregnant, and all I did was to stop taking birth control pills about 6 months ago. However - I have 3 kids, and each time I was pregnant in the first month. I think I am just a very fertile person for whatever reason.

Jonah Warren was born at home on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at 8:45 a.m., weighing 8 lb and measuring 19 1/2 inches long. This was our only home birth, and was absolutely wonderful! I'm 44, Papa is 54, and we have 4 grandchildren, ages 5, 2 1/2, 1, and 3 days old.
