Her mother had her 10th child at 46 in 1879!

My mother had 2 oops babies at 38 (me) and 40.5, while using birth control, then had her tubes tied because she seemed to be getting more fertile with age. Her sister had her only child at age 40. Their mother (my grandmother) had her last child (my mom) at 37. HER mother had her last child at 42, 14 years after her previous child, very shameful for the time (1904). HER mother had her tenth and last child at 46 in 1879!

My grandmother had her last at 46. Apparently, she was quite embarrassed since her oldest son was already married by then.

My mother's dear friend and neighbour has a sister who is younger than her youngest daughter. She was 24 when her sister was born to her mother who was 45 at the time. And the other is my sister's mother-in-law, she had my brother-in-law when she was 42. She had her first 2 at 18 and 19 then nothing until 42.

My mom had 5 healthy pregnancies and children, no miscarriages, and delivered 3 out of 5 babies at home with no meds! She had children in her 20's, 30's, and 40's!

My grandmother (my mother's mom) was in her late 40's when she was remarried and had my aunt and uncle.
