My Dr delivered a 52y, not TTC, total surprise!
My Dr delivered a 52 year old woman & her daughter (early 30's) within months of each other! I had asked him how old was the oldest healthy pregnancy he ever delivered. He said she had no problems of any kind & wasn't trying to conceive either, a total surprise.

I also married a wonderful man 1 month before I turned 43. It took us 4 months but we conceived our beautiful healthy sweet baby james. I will be 46 in 2 weeks, and am currently pregnant again 8 weeks. The hardest thing was getting pregnant this time. We tried for about 18 months, had 2 unsuccessful iui's, and then when we least expected it got pregnant naturally. I had an u/s at 5w2d and we could already see the heartbeat. Another u/s at 7 weeks and we could hear it 147bpm. Everything is looking

I'm 44, having my second child imminently, and, other than difficulty getting pregnant, have had an uneventful pregnancy (which I hope means the baby will be fine). I had no trouble conceiving #1, but after trying for two years for #2, gave up at age 43 assuming I was just too old. Then it happened accidentally at age 44.

My doctor didn't think it was strange that I am over 40 at all. He has about 10 patients now that are all over 40. One of whom is 48. So far all of us are having healthy babies.
